Members of all ages of the  Jacksonville Community United Methodist Church (workbees) constructed a float in the neighboring "Butterfields Barn" which won 1st Place, in the Float Category and The Grand Marshall's Award in the Trumansburg Fireman's Parade. The float theme was "Grow with Us in Jacksonville" and dipicted a massive watering can above flowers (children in costume). The float was pulled by tractor and included a large banner carried by two older youth for the church.
